*Same Day Service offer expires 10 days from date user is on site. Same Day service means the client has booked before 3pm on the day of the service. If Landry’s regular schedule is already booked, the client will be offered emergency service at an additional rate, or a discounted rate for the next available appointment. Does not apply to scheduling arranged through electronic or online systems without telephonic confirmation. Not valid in the event of delays due to customer, inclement weather, product availability, or property or system accessibility. Terms subject to change. Residential Only.

*Next Day Installs with Landry Mechanical means the client has purchased the new system before 12pm the same day the proposal was generated. If Landry’s regular schedule is already booked, the client will be offered an emergency installation at an additional rate, or our next available installation date. Does not apply to correspondence through electronic or online systems without telephonic confirmation. Special order or non stock items/equipment may cause job delays. Full completion times of repair and installation may vary. Not valid in the event of delays due to customer, major renovations to the system, Multi-system replacement does not apply.
