The a/c preventative maintenance was performed in an exemplary manner. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he had done today. This young man is very professional appearing and conducts himself in a polite manner. I feel that he is a great credit to the Landry Mechanical organization. My experience today was by far the most pleasant and satisfying of all previous year's annual maintenance visits. It just goes to show you that a nice appearing, professional acting individual can make all the difference in customer satisfaction.
