Ray and Natasha Landry

President and Vice President

Ray began his career as a plumbing apprentice in 1998. For over 20 years, he has mastered all aspects of the trade. Beginning primarily in the plumbing and hydronic aspects of the trade, Ray began his career as a lead installer/project manager, overseeing jobs that range from $1000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Complex radiant heat systems were his specialty. In 2005 the focus shifted more on the HVAC aspect of the trade and obtained all required licensure to begin a journey into HVAC and ductless installations. Tasha began working at the business in 2017. She handles marketing, overseeing office operations, as well as overseeing installation coordination, and internal/external customer needs. With her previous career in restaurant management, her customer service and employee management skills are a perfect fit for our organization. In his spare time, Ray enjoys Dirtbike and quad riding and racing with their four sons. Tasha enjoys planning activities for their busy family, and keeping active. Riding has become a family activity and something they love doing together. In addition to riding together as a family, they also enjoy camping, hiking, and biking.

Zane F

General Manager

Zane has been in the plumbing Industry for twenty years, His background in the trade stems from the service plumbing world, with some new construction experience. In 2011 Zane started his own company in upstate NY, until moving to central Massachusetts in 2019. Zane has since moved on from his business and has landed at Landry Mechanical as GM. Zane is a father of two children and happily married to his wife Renee for over 14 years. Zane's hobbies include the martial arts, BJJ, playing guitar, and watching football, hockey and basketball. Zane also enjoys good food, along with spending time with family, and friends!

Lead Installer, Lead Service Technician

Jason began in the industry in 1998. For over 20 years, Jason has mastered all aspects of the industry, from building Plumbing & HVAC systems in new home construction, large commercial projects, and simple residential retro-fits, we are convinced there is not a single thing he cannot install! Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, live music, and riding his motorcycles.

Tim L

Office Manager

Tim began working at Landry in 2020. Tim brings over 15 years of office and trade management, most recently managing a branch of a large flooring retailer. Tim is an excellent multi-tasker and handles our day-to-day service and installation scheduling needs, as well as taking care of our internal and external customer needs. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his 4 sons, video games, and hiking.

Ryan B

Comfort Specialist

Ryan's career has been spent in residential heating and cooling, 30 yrs in the HVAC industry with over 2O yrs in the field as a Lead Tech, Installer and Maintenance Tech. The past 8+ years has been dedicated to being a Comfort Advisor and helping customers upgrade their old heating and cooling systems with properly designed, engineered and functionally laid-out residential heating & cooling systems.  He has also spent time as an HVAC Instructor at Porter & Chester Institute and enjoyed teaching young adults the skills required to be successful in the field. Ryan is a dedicated father of 3, been with the love of my life for almost 30 years.  In his spare time, he enjoys Golfing with the guys, and Riding motorcycles with his wife during the Spring through Autumn months. Come winter they enjoy watching & attending Patriots Football games.

Payten S

After Hours Dispatch, A/P, Payroll & HR Clerk

Payten began at Landry in 2019. She handles after hours scheduling and dispatch, A/P, payroll, & HR for our organization. Payten brings a high level of customer service skills, with many years in the industry. In her free time, Payten enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and son & daughter.

Controller, Accounting

Karin began in the industry in the late 90’s. She brings decades of experience in the operational and accounting side of our industry. Karin works alongside the owners to manage our day to day, and financial decisions. In her free time Karin enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Installation Manager/Senior Installer

Ryan began his career in 1999. For over 20 years, Ryan has excelled in every aspect of the trade. A licensed plumber, HVAC technician, and master installer, Ryan oversees all aspects of our installations. From ordering, to design, to execution, he makes sure we perform the same high-quality level of installation, every day! In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing, camping, and live music

Warehouse Operations

Scott came to Landry with 20 years warehouse experience. He has a wife and 3 children.  In his free time Scott enjoys baseball, time spent at his cabin, and hanging with his grandson.

Warehouse Operations

Mark comes with many years in the industry. In his free time he likes to ride motorcycles, and camp with family and friends. In addition to working at Landry he is commander of the American Legion, Oxford Post 58.

Warehouse Manager

Deb has worked in warehousing for over 30 years and purchasing for about 25.   What she likes best about the job is that she is always busy and liks to find ways to make improvements that will better the company.  In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, and dogs Jack and Buddy, she also loves reading a good book on the beach.

Nicole H

Assistant Install Coordinator

Nicole worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years before switching over to wedding coordination for the last 6 years. Nicole is fantastic under pressure, highly organized, and has a calm about her that makes her an asset to both our call center team and our installation department. Nicole loves spending time with her nephews, husband, and dogs and she loves to play soccer.

Jason worked in warehousing for 7 years, maintenance for 7 years, and the restaurant industry for the last 22 years. Jason brings his bubbly personality and great sense of humor to our team and to our customers. Jason loves kayaking, hiking, road trips in his jeep, and spending time with his daughters and grandkids.

Adrian began the industry in 2017. Beginning primarily in the plumbing and boiler insulation aspect of the trade, AJ has now become a master installer of all HVAC and plumbing equipment. In his free time, AJ enjoys spending time with his fiancé and son, martial arts, hunting, and camping.

Chris has over 20 years of trade experience, his favorite thing is running service calls. He enjoys the challenge of seeing something different every day, he says that every day is like a new adventure! In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, snowmobiling, and riding 4 wheelers.

Dean has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. He brings a wide skill set, from new home construction to residential retrofits, he is a master of his craft. Dean’s consistently positive attitude is contagious, and we are happy to have him on our team! In his free time, Dean enjoys working on his garage projects like cars and motorcycles.

Lead plumbing technician 

Dennis has been in the plumbing and water filtration/well industry for 20 years. He has extensive training on all aspects of plumbing, gas fitting, well repair, and water filtration. He is also excellent at hydronic boiler systems, and tankless water heaters. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, and the outdoors

Patrick D

Comfort Consultant

Patrick began in the industry as a commercial electrician. After several years, he decided to pursue HVAC. Pat specializes in troubleshooting nearly any system we put in front of him! He excels at being able to recognize failures before they may become an inconvenience for our clients during our PM visits, and troubleshooting complex mini-split systems. Pat is key to our success in our service department. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and hiking with his brother.

Tyler has been in the HVAC industry for about 2 years now. He went to school for HVAC and is passionate about his work. His favorite aspect of the job is customer service, he prides himself on his communication skills. He enjoys traveling, learning new things, and spending time with friends and family. We are so happy to have him on our service team to continue his training and see all the future has in store for him.
