What I like about Landry Mechanical: 1. They have dedicated staff to take your call or you can book online. They are VERY proactive about calling you back. 2. Both times I used them they booked me quickly. 3. They actually show up when they say they are going to and send you a photo of the person coming, which is nice for security reasons. 4. They do good work! My last technician was so personable as well! UPDATE: I'm now on my third visit from them. I have an old house with old plumbing. My review is the same - a very positive experience. They are responsive and fit you in!

Another great experience with Landry Mechanical. I use them for plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs, and they are always fast to respond and exceptionally professional. Today I had some plumbing done on an emergency basis based on a leaking toilet that was flowing from an upstairs bathroom down to the lower floor. Randy Kyle showed up on Sunday afternoon and quickly assessed the situation and within a few hours had a new toilet installed, a new shut off valve and left the entire bathroom area spotless and ready to go! Landry completed a project where they converted my oil burner heat and hot water system to heat pump and electric water heat installation. In one week they had a team of people come in to remove oil tank and furnace, install the mini-splits, and the water heater. Extremely efficient and we did in winter time and I lost heat and hot water for maybe 4 hours. Everything was organized and completed on time and on schedule. Sammy was excellent and made sure all the line out were well covered and the mini-splits were placed in areas where they were less noticing. Landry worked with mass save to get me the rebates and the salesman Tim was very helpful answered a lot of questions. Prices were very competitive I had several quotes and the mini-splits were less expensive but Landry was the only one that could remove the tank , install heat pump and water heater. They exceeded my expectations and was very smooth transition. Repaired the hole where the boiler exhaust was and ensured any openings to the outside was sealed. They left a small area of drywall opening but that is typical of most plumbers. The opening was in the garage to access the plumbing and they covered with wood.

Their customer service is great that’s why I went with them. They’re a bit overpriced and they do not accept military / Law-enforcement discount. I also asked for $500 off because I seen a coupon online and they said it was only for water purification systems. I didn’t fight them on this and I paid a little more than 12,000 for a replacement HVAC system.
