Fantastic experience. Propane furnace install be another company a couple years ago. Went thru 3 igniters in the last year and was serviced by techs that were obviously not trained on this unit. Contacted Landry and a tech named Louis showed up. Went right at the unit, located the actual problem that was issue and solved it within a day, including getting a new heat exchanger from Hartford. No issues since and the whole house now has more hot water than ever due to the crud in the old unit. VERY HAPPY with Landry. Cudos to Louis !!

Very professional, honest, and quick. We replaced our 26 year old AC unit with a Heat Pump and new condenser. Landry was very professional but their quote was a little higher than some others that I had. But when I drilled into everything that Landry was including, that the other companies were not the price was spot-on. I just felt more comfortable doing business with Landry. The installers were very knowledgeable and I loved that the office sends you an email with the installers photo and names in advance. This is more than just a "nice" email, it's peace of mind knowing who is coming into your home. From the day I had my initial quote from Ed to when installers Garret, Kyle, and Dimitri completed the job was a span of 9 days. And Ed was very helpful in helping do the MassSave Heat loan. I had Landry install a washer/dryer power and plumbing upstairs in my house. The craftspeople were knowledgeable and thorough and cleaned up well. I think it was a bit more expensive than it could have been but the job was well done. I've also used them for my HVAC service - they're very thorough and professional, and scheduling service is easy, I think because they're a big company. Again, I think they're probably somewhat more expensive than average but the service is worth it to me.

If there was a 10 star I would give it. Joe and Jack were absolutely fantastic. They arrived by 8, were done by a little after 9 and my new toilet looks fabulous. The entire team from initial diagnosis to pricing/sales and client service (Dave and Michael) to the install team (Garrett, Kyle, Dmitri and Don) were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We need to replace the AC system and decided to get a new furnace as well. We were giving several options with no pressure to upsell. Our questions were promptly answered and we received updates as need. The install team was on time, explained what was happening step by step, went over scope and length of time the work would take and stuck to it. One really nice gesture by Landry was to provide window A/C units for the duration of the project. That was a lifesaver. Will use them again!

My sump hole was collapsing and I needed a substantial repair including new PVC piping out of the basement. I also wanted to add a battery back up which we never had before in case of power outage. Nick from Landry was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and then returned a few days later to do an excellent job with the installation.
