Julian and Anthony installed a new furnace, a heat pump, and a water heater in my home this week. They are both very professional and friendly!

Patrick came out for a service call for our mini splits. He wore booties over his sneakers, he was extremely kind, respectful of our home and knowledgeable. The service received from Landry is always 5 star ☆.

The technicians replaced my gas water heater and related plumbing. They initially provided several estimates, based on the equipment to be updated. Once I chose an estimate, they kept me updated about the installation progress. They were both professional and congenital and stayed to insure everything was working properly throughout the house. This was my first time using Landry but it won't be my last!

The gentleman who came to check my HVAC was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He checked my Air handlers, my heat pumps and went over what needed to be done. Right now all is up and running. Thanks Evan and Landry.

Not the least expensive but always professional, on time and efficient. Good communication also.

Prompt arrival and quick remediation. My outdoor hose was fused to spout. Provided options that helped me decide course of action based on cost and outcome. Provide advice for how to prevent future problems. Brass on brass/don’t forget to remove hose before winter. I would recommend Landry Mechanical and Plumbing to friends.

Great service. Went through the entire heating system with me. Explained as he was going on.

Ivan came to my house to do my fall maintenance service. You can't ask for a better person! He explained everything he was doing as he did it. Felt more at ease with him testing the part of the systems he was checking, knowing the values that the systems need to run at, and making sure they are working.

I will be asking for him from now on to service my system.

What did I pay? I pay $20 a month for a service contract and get 2 maintenance checkups, per year, free. Also an emergency call is a flat fee of $299 or $399 each call (Can't remember which one it was). If you have the contract, you pay $99 for the call, plus whatever work and parts they need.

Great company as long as they have people like Ivan. I only gave him 5 stars because i was prevented from giving him 10 stars.

Aaron from Landry was friendly and informative, and much less pressure than Heritage. He gave a second opinion on my furnace at no cost.

Working with Landry was very easy. I most appreciate that they send a picture of the technicians, along with a background check clearance before anyone comes to the house. Friendly, professional, and thorough. Cost is given up front with no surprises.

I had a leaking connection on my water heater. The technician came and assessed and gave me options to repair or replace but said I could probably get a few more years out of the tank. He provided 3 quotes. Repair only. Replace with new tank. Replace with a tankless water heater. No push to go with. Full replacement which I appreciated. Friendly, professional, respect for my property. All things I look for.
