Excellent service the rep was pleasant, polite and extremely knowledgeable about our issue.

Evan from Landry Mechanical came last week to do our yearly heating plant review. He explained what he was doing as he proceeded, and completed review and, happy to say, everything was fine.

Update Aug 22, 2026:

We had three separate services completed yesterday and, as we've now come to expect from Landry, every technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Eddy Russell handled our HVAC maintenance and did a thorough job, explaining what he was doing along the way, adjusting his work order a bit, and completing the job in a timely fashion. Jose Viveiros took care of our plumbing service efficiently, fixed two issues he discovered (Kitchen sink & Bathroom shower), and left everything clean and in great shape. Jonathan Torres installed two mini-split dongles and he and his teammate were prompt, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great communication, quality work, and a smooth experience overall. The only issue I have with to report is not related to the work that was done, but rather the fact that it took many many months for the dongles to be installed. I would have expected some kind of consideration for the prolonged delay. Having said that, I do highly recommend Landry Mechanical.

We engaged with Landry Mechanical and several other HVAC providers in November ‘22 to get bids to replace our aging AC system. The decision to go with Landry was beyond easy, it was a classic no brainer. Between their obvious depth of comprehensive HVAC experience, their knowledge of how to integrate the MASSSAVE incentives into the project, and their commitment to minimizing environmental impact I readily made the decision to leave my long time HVAC provider.

Because of their high value consultative sales approach (Ryan) we ended up contracting with them to replace not just the AC but to install a hybrid ((ductless (mini-split) and duct (heat pump)) system that was completed today under the direction of Jason and with the help of MANY of their team as they worked miracles to complete the install around our hectic holiday schedule. And to top it off, they have guided us through the MASSSAVE process every step of the way so that our actual out of pocket expenses are in part subsidized and part financed at 0%.

In short, without question they have exceeded all my unreasonable expectations from the point of initial engagement to the installation itself. Great team, great customer sensitivity, and now we are fully expecting great reduction in our environmental imprint.

We have been having some issues with our ac heat in the ceiling unit, we’ve had several people come out and none of them could solve the problem, but today Evan was our guy and he was wonderful in explaining and really looked into the problem! Thank you Evan, much appreciated

My tankless hot water heat exchanger corroded and failed, called Landry for repair, Landry sent the technician on the same day. Technicians came on time and looked into the issue and worked with manufacturer to get the part overnight shipped under warranty, came next day and replaced the part. Great service.

It starts with the professionalism and courtesy from Anthony and Nick. Not only did they do a great job, but they clean any mess they make. (I know that sounds simple, but you’d be surprised how many contractors miss this point) They kept the noise down to a bare minimum out of respect for my neighbors. We had 3 wonderful electricians work on our home lately, Mike D., Yaniel, E. and Nick C. They were all super friendly, professional, and great at what they do. We were able to get our lights/outlets working in the mudroom and they came back to wire a larger project a week later. The company was amazing with sending information about when people who be coming and who was coming. I liked that they have pictures included on who is going to be at your house and it includes that they do background checks on their employees. Everyone I chatted with on the phone were also very nice. Very professional, very good at what they do, would 100% recommend to anyone asking for an electrician!

I have a maintenance plan with Landry’s and last time I was scheduling a service, they reminded me I hadn’t had them out to check my plumbing, electric or heating (I had recently done my HVAC service) this year. I scheduled the services and today a plumber, Joe Viveiros Sr., checked all the plumbing. He found a few issues and suggested remedies. While Joe was here, Mike Dowd, an electrician, showed up to check our electrical system. He found a couple things that we should address when we can but nothing critical. They were both very thorough and friendly. Landry’s could have let me remember (or not) on my own but instead reminded me of the benefits of membership. They are a great company to work with and I appreciate their honestly. The cost for both services was included in our membership, so there was nothing out of pocket today.

Tory and Evan returned to diagnose the HVAC system for a leak. They both spent hours trying to figure it out by running every diagnostic they could think of. They recharged my HVAC and it's working really well. Thanks to them both!
On another note - shout out to Jack who was with Randy yesterday. This whole team has been nothing but incredible to work with!

Anthony, Randy, and JACK were fantastic - they showed up on time, did thorough reviews of the electric systems and plumbing and gave sound recommendations for improvements and fixes.
Tory performed the HVAC system service and she was amazing. She spent a considerable amount of time checking the system and found the possible leak that needs to be repaired. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Landry Mechanical is the best! We used them to replace our entire HVAC system and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent team. They made sure everything went perfectly from start to finish. Katie is the most incredible point of contact- she patiently answered the multiple questions i had. She also helped me with the Mass Save rebates. The techs who came to our house were polite, friendly, patient, and did a fantastic job installing our system. It’s perfect. Landry will be my "go-to" company from now on. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!

October 14, 2022 - Landry was once again called to fix broken spigots on the outside of my house. Paul fixed those and also found a pipe that would have burst had he not replaced it when he did. Not only did Paul go above and beyond repairing what I had requested he originally fix, he ALSO found that my dryer vent was incorrectly installed, which would have resulted in my house eventually catching fire. Paul saved my house from both eventually flooding and/or burning down, thus literally saving my family's life. Again, I cannot recommend Paul and Landry enough!

Sam Reynolds was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the details of our electrical system. He provided all available options to us and was quick to execute once we made the selection of the work. Would highly recommend!

I have used Landry several times over the past year, first for a new furnace and again for A/C repairs. Scheduling was easy and response time very fast. Their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for any of my future repair and service needs.

Had leak under kitchen sink, Nick Sokol showed up inspected leak went over our options, and made repairs. No press no upsell. Nick has done work for us before, extremely courteous and professional.

We shopped around for a company we would feel comfortable changing a complete heater/ac unit for a condo. We called three companies 1) never sent a quote after three calls 2) cancelled appt last minute and had to reschedule 3) was Landry Mechanical. They not only arrived within time given, laid down drop clothes so not to dirty our rugs, put paper shoe covers on, polite and professional. Upon completion reviewed all controls and operation on our level. We felt the price was extremely competitive. Definitely the top of our list for any mechanical needs.

We had one of their electricians, Mike, at our house to figure out why the ceiling fan would go faster while the water kettle was on and how that made the aquarium lights in the next room flicker. Also needed two new 50A circuits installed, a ghost 40A (hot, hidden in a wall) terminated and additional 20A circuits installed in the kitchen. Mike did excellent trouble shooting, fixed the problems and gave us a quote for the whole job same day with work done next day. We have a 1951 industrial install in private residence situation that multiple electricians have simply walked away from. Sometimes you are just grateful that someone is capable, does what it takes and not more and gets it done. Largest part of the quote was wire and parts…

I had Evan Schwartz help with a small problem with my indoor mini split, which was intermittently leaking water all over the wall. He identified the problem, walked me through what it would take to fix it, and got it sorted in under an hour. No more leak! He was a total professional and I will be coming back to Landry again for my other plumbing and HVAC needs in the future!

This is the second time I’ve used Landry Mechanical, and both times I have been impressed with the service and with personnel. On this occasion we had a plumbing issue, Randy and Alex arrived two hours after I called, and both were excellent! They found the problem, fixed it right away, and gave me options and cost estimates so I could select what was best for me.

I had scheduled a couple of jobs with Landry. Mikey came out and worked on my electrical, and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what was needed. They dispatched Randy and Ricky, who worked hard to find the source of the leak and fix the problem.

I had a tremendous experience with my mini splits installation. JT, Marcus, Donny and Dimitri were great. They arrived on time, were friendly, made sure to clean up after themselves and worked very efficiently. JT and Marcus were even kind enough to remove the 3 window AC units for me and bring them down to the basement after the installation of the mini splits was complete. I’ve used Landry for a long time for many different services, and there’s a reason I keep coming back! They always do excellent work.

Owning an older home means repairs are just part of the deal. Over the years, I've called Landry Mechanical several times, and they've consistently done excellent work. Their team is licensed, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Most recently, Hunter and Austin replaced a faucet, cleared a couple of slow drains, and installed new kitchen sink baskets. They were efficient, courteous, and did quality work.

Both Aaron and Samuel were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained our options well. Both were very competent and trustworthy. I’m glad we found Landry Mechanical and will stay with them for all our future electric and plumbing needs.

3 faucets installed stainless steel hoses on washing machine - Matt and Alex were on time and very professional and polite. My husband has ALS and can't get around the house - the young men were very accommodating worked efficiently and gave me confidence that our work was completed expertly as we always receive from Landry professionals!

After 25 years our AC needed replacement. Landry used a iPad app to determine the size of the system we needed (we had an undersized system previously which explains why our house never properly cooled down in the middle of summer). Our entire experience with Landry was excellent. We needed to replace our water heater. The office people started it off well by being friendly and helpful. They were very thorough in giving us our options in the quote. They got it done quickly and even simplified some of the pipe work from the previous set up. Looks great and works great! Mine was just an annual tune up. Mr . Torres showed up well ahead of time and got the job done in no time. He took all my questions and proved himself to be very knowledgeable in what he does. The job is half done and the rest is expected to be done soon but i am fully satisfied and will be knocking on Landry’s door next year for another tune up, God willing!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Landry HVAC, plumbing and mechanical. Tim L. came out to assess our cooling needs and utilized a LiDAR scanner to ensure that our rooms were properly fitted with the right-sized mini-split units. He addressed every question we had, which set a wonderful tone and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward with Landry.

Avah served as our dedicated point of contact, and both she and Tim provided prompt, kind, and clear communication throughout the entire process.

Gavin, our lead technician, did an incredible job and is truly a star in his role. He was professional, communicative, and thorough in explaining every step of the installation. We are very pleased with how Gavin and our second technician, Kyle, handled the units, wiring, covers, and the condenser. Gavin provided us with information on how to use, clean and maintain our new mini split units. They were incredibly respectful of our property and took great care to keep our home clean. Additionally, Don the electrician did fantastic work with the electrical components to ensure our system was running safely and smoothly.

Gavin and Kyle installed a new AC unit yesterday and did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate them being here during a very hot 2 days.

They did an amazing job replacing my ac system. My mom came home on hospice on a Wednesday. And my central air died that same day. Called them and they came right out Thursday morning to diagnose the problem. Tuesday the following week they were here bright and early. They finished up the install Wednesday. They were professional, neat clean and prompt. I highly recommend them!

I had a scheduled annual check up of my furnace, which was installed around nine years ago. Corey was very nice. Let me know everything was fine. Gave me a couple of optional upgrades. If I was interested Landry get me informed as to when Cory would be showing up. I like the fact that they are certified employees. Great company. UPDATE. My annual furnace update again by Joe and again had a wonderful experience with Landry He was very thorough explained everything no pressure to take his suggestions which I know I will do just not at this moment. Now a days these qualities are scarce and not to be taken lightly because the competition costs as much (or more) and they will trash your house and talk to you down when you ask for a description of the problem… I only say this because it was part of my personal experience with a different company and it was very discouraging.

They responded quickly to my emergency service call and sent Dennis Parker the same day. He was pleasant to work with and explained my options well. Once the extent of the problem was understood, I asked him to only do the necessary work for now. He responded with a short term plan that gave me what I needed. I will ask for him in the future, to complete the work, and for other service calls.

2026/may5 update: Dennis and Richard came to the rescue today and fixed a gas leak. They found the leak and also figured out how it happened in the first place and fixed that too. 2026/feb Update: Today I had an awesome plumber from Landry. Randy came out to a home we bought ten days ago. We had nothing working in the bathroom and an ancient something or other in the basement. He said 3 hours to fix the 3 things. He did it in two hours, all while answering my unending questions about my new home. 2025 update: Had Aaron out to fix out heater, he was great, he set out three options like Landry always does and gave good advice for our situation. When he changed a part he found that the old one was working good enough for an emergency and left it labeled with a date on it. He was so organized and knowledgeable. 2022:These guys fixed so much stuff I didn't know existed and brought everything up to code. They put in a new water heater that I never have to worry about and some water pressure control thingamajig and fixed the insane vent thingy the former owner of my apt made out of chimney parts.

Randy cannot for our bathroom drains were clogged. He cleared one clog and replaced the faucets. The other bathroom needed the whole vanity needed to be replaced. Randy did a great job and clean up any mess after he was done.

I had a kitchen Grohe faucet replaced. The gentleman replacing the faucet did a great job and was very courteous. I highly recommend!

Julian did an outstanding job replacing my old central AC with a cold-climate heat pump. He worked hard and stayed late, getting the job done in just two day. It is clear that he takes immense pride in his craftsmanship. The setup is clean, professional, and organized. Most importantly, everything works perfectly. The system is running smoothly, efficiently, and exactly as promised. Tim was also great. He help me pick the right system and guided me through the process of qualifying for the Mass Save rebate and 0% loan. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Landry team for making this such a smooth and stress free project.

I cannot say enough about Landry and their crew. Gavin, Anthony, JT, and Mike did a phenomenal job installing our mini splits. They showed up on time, stayed late, and worked clean. Unfortunately, My husband had a medical emergency while they were working and they stepped in and handled the situation until help arrived. If they didn’t step in it would’ve been so much worse. We will need our boiler and hot water tank replaced in a few months and will be calling Landry back to do the work. We now have a go to company for all of our plumbing needs!

Landry has been looking after my HVAC system for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with their work. The expertise of the technicians is evident, they are always thorough and effective in their work. If the occasion arises they will go the extra mile--for example recently hard wiring my thermostat so I don't need to worry about batteries. As a bonus, I have found them all to be just nice people to have in my house.

The LAST time Landry was here, it was to replace another pipe elbow and a bit more. The technician replaced that OK. However. What the technician DID NOT do fine was turn off the water beforehand. Instead of turning off the water to only my townhouse, he turned off the water to my entire building. This is very bad, because it can mess up the water and pipes for the other tenants in my building. He guessed on the valve. What he should’ve done was ask me which valve it was, instead of guessing. I am NOT happy. The job was ok.

Knowledge technicians that gave me options on what to do to repair my water pressure. They fixed the problem and my water pressure is now flowing properly.

Drew/Andrew came to our home to do the regular check-up of our mini-splits. We found him to be very knowledgeable about such systems. He did a fine job of inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating them, and he also gave us a lot of good information about both the condition of another much older one we have on our property and what our options could be in dealing with it if it eventually fails. And he came to our house a second day, to complete a good inspection of that mini-split. In addition to being very knowledgeable, we found Drew to be very considerate and easy to talk with. And we give a lot of credit to Landry Mechanical's service program. Another 5 star rating from us for Landry service.

Samyson was an absolute superstar - after being without hot water for a few days, he swooped in to save the day (and wouldn't quit when faced with a bit of rust/bolts that refused to budge!) Highly recommended and our dogs loved that he would throw a ball for them anytime he had to go back to his van

I recently had some electrical work done, as well as all of the smoke detectors. Everything went well, then a few weeks later they started going off on the second floor. I called and they sent someone right away. It was a defective alarm. Thank you Landry for sending someone right away.

5 stars to Landry Mechanical. The scheduler got me setup for service next day. I received a text message confirming I was on the schedule the morning of service. Then they sent me photos of the electricians with verified background checks that would be servicing my exhaust fan issue. Mike Dowd and Nick Chappelle were FANTASTIC and resolved my electrical issue and set me up with a new Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan which is much quieter and brighter. Mike and Nick were timely, professional, friendly and very helpful in resolving my problem and answering my questions. Great experience with Landry - thank you!

Had an issue with our water heater on Easter. The tech, Jose, arrived in a timely manner and was professional and courteous, and the issue was resolved quickly and we were provided with various estimates and options for moving forward with dealing with the old water heater.
