Prompt arrival and quick remediation. My outdoor hose was fused to spout. Provided options that helped me decide course of action based on cost and outcome. Provide advice for how to prevent future problems. Brass on brass/don’t forget to remove hose before winter. I would recommend Landry Mechanical and Plumbing to friends.

Ivan came to my house to do my fall maintenance service. You can't ask for a better person! He explained everything he was doing as he did it. Felt more at ease with him testing the part of the systems he was checking, knowing the values that the systems need to run at, and making sure they are working.

I will be asking for him from now on to service my system.

What did I pay? I pay $20 a month for a service contract and get 2 maintenance checkups, per year, free. Also an emergency call is a flat fee of $299 or $399 each call (Can't remember which one it was). If you have the contract, you pay $99 for the call, plus whatever work and parts they need.

Great company as long as they have people like Ivan. I only gave him 5 stars because i was prevented from giving him 10 stars.

I had a leaking connection on my water heater. The technician came and assessed and gave me options to repair or replace but said I could probably get a few more years out of the tank. He provided 3 quotes. Repair only. Replace with new tank. Replace with a tankless water heater. No push to go with. Full replacement which I appreciated. Friendly, professional, respect for my property. All things I look for.

I had a fantastic experience with Sam and Nick from Landry. Both were highly professional electricians who went above and beyond.

They took the time to clearly explain the safety benefits of arc fault breakers, which was incredibly helpful. Their expertise was proven almost immediately when one of the new breakers tripped, signaling a real issue in my home's wiring. Sam and Nick quickly troubleshot the problem, identified some poor workmanship from a previous contractor, and fixed it on the spot. Once repaired, the breaker worked perfectly.

They also moved an outlet over to another wall for me and did a beautiful, seamless job. I highly recommend Landry Mechanical, and specifically Sam and Nick, for any electrical needs in the Worcester area!

We came home from vacation to find that our hot water heater had died and was leaking all over our utility room. I called up Landry, and they had a technician come out within about an hour, and we had a new hot water heater a few hours later! They were extremely professional and thorough, and left our house clean. We will definitely use them again!

Landry have done absolutely outstanding work again. I've written prior positive reviews, so I won't go into detail here. Landry replaced two large pressure tanks in our water treatment system. In summary: Extremely pleasant trustworthy reliable workers. This time they threw in replacement of a leaking water intake pipe - copper with brass fittings - for free.

Landry Mechanical just wrapped up the installation of a heat pump at my home. Normally, I’m not a testimonial giver, but I was so pleased with the team who came and the service I received that I felt compelled to do it this time. Wonderful transparency throughout the entire process – – from assistance with paperwork through scheduling, and then through the installation itself…. And then, before they left, ensuring I was comfortable with the equipment, including how to use the new thermostat.

The entire time the crew was on site, they were incredibly focused on delivering a quality product along with a quality installation, and took great care to ensure they kept our home clean of debris, both inside and out.

I’m not planning on a second heat pump for the other zone in my house, but if the need does arise, I know I will be calling Landry Mechanical again.

I had technicians Nick and Ricky at my house today to install hot water heater. These gentlemen are first class, extremely courteous, very nice to work with. Landry helped to resolve a problem with my boiler quickly. The initial evaluation showed the new boiler was working fine but lacked the electrical connected needed to fire up. Overall, very satisfied with the service I received from Landry Mechanical. I liked the electrician, Michael Dowd that Landry sent to my home. Michael’s service was excellent. Also, I like the Panasonic light/vent that was recommended by Landry’s electricians. I have enclosed a photo of the Panasonic vent/light, which gives off a lot of light in my half bathroom.

Landry Mechanical is consistently one of the best contractors I've worked with in this area. They are timely, they communicate well, and they generally are quick to get the right person on the job to handle the issue promptly. Considering the quality of the service, I think their prices are reasonable as well. In my case, I had a fairly complicated HVAC issue with a couple parts that have been known to fail in the model I had in my house. Drew and Louis were not only able to diagnose the problem but also fix it all in one day!

Ivan and Tory did an annual inspection of my furnace and they did an outstanding job. Despite the fact that I needed an unexpected replacement of the motor due to a bird's nest destroying the motor, I was extremely happy with their work. They went out of their way to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. My furnace is not easy to get to but they were able to easily climb into my loft with no hesitation. Their customer service skills and integrity are excellent! I look forward to working with them when the replacement part comes in.

We had such a great experience with Landry Mechanical! Our mini splits hadn’t been working properly and they were able to come out quickly, troubleshoot the issue, and actually take the time to explain what was going on and how our system works. They were responsive, kind, and so easy to work with.

We also have a garbage disposal issue we need taken care of, and I love that they can help with that too. It’s honestly refreshing to find a company that can be a one-stop shop for so many things around the house.

I had an odd job to fix a bathroom fan installation that was not venting properly to the available outside ducting when the bathroom fan was changed as part of a bath remodel. It had been vented to the outside several years ago as part of a Mass Save house insulation upgrade project. Through the Angie website, they recommended Landry Mechanical and they took the job, communicated well, scheduled a visit within two days, and fixed the problem! Mike pulled out the fan and connected it correctly to the ducting. I mentioned about checking if it's now really venting to the outside like it should. He offered to take a look at where it vents outside to see if the louvers were open when the fan is running and they barely were. Wondering if the ducting was even connected correctly, Mike then went into the attic to take a look at the ducting, which was underneath cellulose insulation we had blown in as part of a Mass Save insulation job a few years ago. He said there were bends in the ducting that would cause resistance free to air flow, so not ideal. He didn't have the proper tools for doing rigid ducting work (as his specialty is electrical), but said he'd check with the HVAC part of the company to see if there's anything they could do, so waiting on that, but I was happy just to get someone in who's willing to do that kind of job when it doesn't fit neatly into the company's specific areas of expertise and the price was quite reasonable and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was satisfied! I am considering changing to using them for their AC/Heat/Plumbing/Electrical annual service program when my exiting contract with another company expires.

Fantastic experience. Propane furnace install be another company a couple years ago. Went thru 3 igniters in the last year and was serviced by techs that were obviously not trained on this unit. Contacted Landry and a tech named Louis showed up. Went right at the unit, located the actual problem that was issue and solved it within a day, including getting a new heat exchanger from Hartford. No issues since and the whole house now has more hot water than ever due to the crud in the old unit. VERY HAPPY with Landry. Cudos to Louis !!

Very professional, honest, and quick. We replaced our 26 year old AC unit with a Heat Pump and new condenser. Landry was very professional but their quote was a little higher than some others that I had. But when I drilled into everything that Landry was including, that the other companies were not the price was spot-on. I just felt more comfortable doing business with Landry. The installers were very knowledgeable and I loved that the office sends you an email with the installers photo and names in advance. This is more than just a "nice" email, it's peace of mind knowing who is coming into your home. I had Landry install a washer/dryer power and plumbing upstairs in my house. The craftspeople were knowledgeable and thorough and cleaned up well. I think it was a bit more expensive than it could have been but the job was well done. I've also used them for my HVAC service - they're very thorough and professional, and scheduling service is easy, I think because they're a big company. Again, I think they're probably somewhat more expensive than average but the service is worth it to me.

Once again we have had the opportunity to have Rosalie come to our home.
She did a checkup on our air conditioning unit and it was done well and it was a good report. Very thankful for the work that Landry and company do!

The entire team from initial diagnosis to pricing/sales and client service (Dave and Michael) to the install team (Garrett, Kyle, Dmitri and Don) were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We need to replace the AC system and decided to get a new furnace as well. We were giving several options with no pressure to upsell. Our questions were promptly answered and we received updates as need. The install team was on time, explained what was happening step by step, went over scope and length of time the work would take and stuck to it. One really nice gesture by Landry was to provide window A/C units for the duration of the project. That was a lifesaver. Will use them again!

My sump hole was collapsing and I needed a substantial repair including new PVC piping out of the basement. I also wanted to add a battery back up which we never had before in case of power outage. Nick from Landry was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and then returned a few days later to do an excellent job with the installation. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Landry Mechanical!

Update Aug 22, 2026:

We had three separate services completed yesterday and, as we've now come to expect from Landry, every technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Eddy Russell handled our HVAC maintenance and did a thorough job, explaining what he was doing along the way, adjusting his work order a bit, and completing the job in a timely fashion. Jose Viveiros took care of our plumbing service efficiently, fixed two issues he discovered (Kitchen sink & Bathroom shower), and left everything clean and in great shape. Jonathan Torres installed two mini-split dongles and he and his teammate were prompt, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great communication, quality work, and a smooth experience overall. The only issue I have with to report is not related to the work that was done, but rather the fact that it took many many months for the dongles to be installed. I would have expected some kind of consideration for the prolonged delay. Having said that, I do highly recommend Landry Mechanical.

We engaged with Landry Mechanical and several other HVAC providers in November ‘22 to get bids to replace our aging AC system. The decision to go with Landry was beyond easy, it was a classic no brainer. Between their obvious depth of comprehensive HVAC experience, their knowledge of how to integrate the MASSSAVE incentives into the project, and their commitment to minimizing environmental impact I readily made the decision to leave my long time HVAC provider.

Because of their high value consultative sales approach (Ryan) we ended up contracting with them to replace not just the AC but to install a hybrid ((ductless (mini-split) and duct (heat pump)) system that was completed today under the direction of Jason and with the help of MANY of their team as they worked miracles to complete the install around our hectic holiday schedule. And to top it off, they have guided us through the MASSSAVE process every step of the way so that our actual out of pocket expenses are in part subsidized and part financed at 0%.

In short, without question they have exceeded all my unreasonable expectations from the point of initial engagement to the installation itself. Great team, great customer sensitivity, and now we are fully expecting great reduction in our environmental imprint.

We have been having some issues with our ac heat in the ceiling unit, we’ve had several people come out and none of them could solve the problem, but today Evan was our guy and he was wonderful in explaining and really looked into the problem! Thank you Evan, much appreciated

My tankless hot water heat exchanger corroded and failed, called Landry for repair, Landry sent the technician on the same day. Technicians came on time and looked into the issue and worked with manufacturer to get the part overnight shipped under warranty, came next day and replaced the part. Great service.

We had 3 wonderful electricians work on our home lately, Mike D., Yaniel, E. and Nick C. They were all super friendly, professional, and great at what they do. We were able to get our lights/outlets working in the mudroom and they came back to wire a larger project a week later. I liked that they have pictures included on who is going to be at your house and it includes that they do background checks on their employees. I have a maintenance plan with Landry’s and last time I was scheduling a service, they reminded me I hadn’t had them out to check my plumbing, electric or heating (I had recently done my HVAC service) this year. I scheduled the services and today a plumber, Joe Viveiros Sr., checked all the plumbing. He found a few issues and suggested remedies. While Joe was here, Mike Dowd, an electrician, showed up to check our electrical system. He found a couple things that we should address when we can but nothing critical. They were both very thorough and friendly. Landry’s could have let me remember (or not) on my own but instead reminded me of the benefits of membership. They are a great company to work with and I appreciate their honestly. The cost for both services was included in our membership, so there was nothing out of pocket today.

Tory and Evan returned to diagnose the HVAC system for a leak. They both spent hours trying to figure it out by running every diagnostic they could think of. They recharged my HVAC and it's working really well. Thanks to them both!

Anthony, Randy, and JACK were fantastic - they showed up on time, did thorough reviews of the electric systems and plumbing and gave sound recommendations for improvements and fixes.
Tory performed the HVAC system service and she was amazing. She spent a considerable amount of time checking the system and found the possible leak that needs to be repaired. I cannot recommend this team enough!

October 14, 2022 - Landry was once again called to fix broken spigots on the outside of my house. Paul fixed those and also found a pipe that would have burst had he not replaced it when he did. Not only did Paul go above and beyond repairing what I had requested he originally fix, he ALSO found that my dryer vent was incorrectly installed, which would have resulted in my house eventually catching fire. Paul saved my house from both eventually flooding and/or burning down, thus literally saving my family's life. Again, I cannot recommend Paul and Landry enough!

Sam Reynolds was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the details of our electrical system. He provided all available options to us and was quick to execute once we made the selection of the work. Would highly recommend!

I have used Landry several times over the past year, first for a new furnace and again for A/C repairs. Scheduling was easy and response time very fast. Their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for any of my future repair and service needs.

Had leak under kitchen sink, Nick Sokol showed up inspected leak went over our options, and made repairs. No press no upsell. Nick has done work for us before, extremely courteous and professional.

We shopped around for a company we would feel comfortable changing a complete heater/ac unit for a condo. We called three companies 1) never sent a quote after three calls 2) cancelled appt last minute and had to reschedule 3) was Landry Mechanical. They not only arrived within time given, laid down drop clothes so not to dirty our rugs, put paper shoe covers on, polite and professional. Upon completion reviewed all controls and operation on our level. We felt the price was extremely competitive. Definitely the top of our list for any mechanical needs.

We had one of their electricians, Mike, at our house to figure out why the ceiling fan would go faster while the water kettle was on and how that made the aquarium lights in the next room flicker. Also needed two new 50A circuits installed, a ghost 40A (hot, hidden in a wall) terminated and additional 20A circuits installed in the kitchen. Mike did excellent trouble shooting, fixed the problems and gave us a quote for the whole job same day with work done next day. We have a 1951 industrial install in private residence situation that multiple electricians have simply walked away from. Sometimes you are just grateful that someone is capable, does what it takes and not more and gets it done. Largest part of the quote was wire and parts…

I had Evan Schwartz help with a small problem with my indoor mini split, which was intermittently leaking water all over the wall. He identified the problem, walked me through what it would take to fix it, and got it sorted in under an hour. No more leak! He was a total professional and I will be coming back to Landry again for my other plumbing and HVAC needs in the future!

This is the second time I’ve used Landry Mechanical, and both times I have been impressed with the service and with personnel. On this occasion we had a plumbing issue, Randy and Alex arrived two hours after I called, and both were excellent! They found the problem, fixed it right away, and gave me options and cost estimates so I could select what was best for me.

I would give Randy and Alex more than five stars if I could!! I would use them again without a doubt.

I had scheduled a couple of jobs with Landry. Mikey came out and worked on my electrical, and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what was needed. Drew came later and was excellent - knowledgeable and patient on HVAC. Later, I had a leak (unrelated and unexpected!) and placed an emergency call to Landry. They dispatched Randy and Ricky, who worked hard to find the source of the leak and fix the problem.
I would not hesitate to use Landry again - each of the techs that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

I had a tremendous experience with my mini splits installation. JT, Marcus, Donny and Dimitri were great. They arrived on time, were friendly, made sure to clean up after themselves and worked very efficiently. JT and Marcus were even kind enough to remove the 3 window AC units for me and bring them down to the basement after the installation of the mini splits was complete. I’ve used Landry for a long time for many different services, and there’s a reason I keep coming back! They always do excellent work.

Owning an older home means repairs are just part of the deal. Over the years, I've called Landry Mechanical several times, and they've consistently done excellent work. Their team is licensed, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Most recently, Hunter and Austin replaced a faucet, cleared a couple of slow drains, and installed new kitchen sink baskets. They were efficient, courteous, and did quality work.

If you own an older home, it's worth having a company you can trust. I highly recommend Landry Mechanical.

After 25 years our AC needed replacement. Landry used a iPad app to determine the size of the system we needed (we had an undersized system previously which explains why our house never properly cooled down in the middle of summer). They were able to schedule an install the next week. Garret and Kyle did a great job. Super friendly, informative and professional! Couldn’t be happier.

Mine was just an annual tune up. Mr . Torres showed up well ahead of time and got the job done in no time. He took all my questions and proved himself to be very knowledgeable in what he does. They did an amazing job replacing my ac system. My mom came home on hospice on a Wednesday. And my central air died that same day. Called them and they came right out Thursday morning to diagnose the problem. Tuesday the following week they were here bright and early. They finished up the install Wednesday. They were professional, neat clean and prompt. I highly recommend them!

I had a scheduled annual check up of my furnace, which was installed around nine years ago. Corey was very nice. Let me know everything was fine. Gave me a couple of optional upgrades.
