I highly recommend Landry Mechanical and cannot say enough about their services. When the gas water heater in our rental unit flooded the basement, I wasn't sure who to call or how soon I could get someone there. I remembered Landry had serviced our gas furnace and checked their web site to see if they also did gas water heaters and discovered they offer a whole range of services I wasn't even aware of.
I called Landry about 8:30 in the morning and the scheduler said they could have someone there by noon. They beat that estimate - I got a call from the technician who said they were on their way and would be there about 10:15, less than 2 hours after I called. They first assessed the situation, had a lengthy discussion with my husband (a retired contractor) who had lots of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and to his satisfaction. When it was determined a replacement was necessary - no patching or temporary fix - they had the same model on the site within the hour. The work was prompt, clean, and met my husband's stringent standards.
Now that we know they also provide full electrical services, we will be calling them to add an electric panel to our rental property. Our previous electrician has been delaying the job literally for months, despite back and forth emails and texts to try to get him on site. Having earned our trust and demonstrated the quality of both their people and their work, Landry Mechanical is now our “go to” for any services we need.

Highly recommend Landry Mechanical! I hired them for installation of a new HVAC/ heat pump. From sales to installation… great customer service, responsive to questions, and professional and friendly team. I have a boiler maintenance plan with Landry. They completed startup service for our condensing gas fueled boiler . My wife & I are retired engineers. Eddy the technician is very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. His customer service skills are excellent! He patiently answered all our questions & fully explained his inspection findings. He quickly put a proposal together, got our approval to proceed and went to get the new parts needed. The boiler maintenance was done in an hour.

Technician arrived right on time. He (Anthony) was friendly, courteous and very professional. Anthony listens carefully to the issues and then provided a reasonable and practical solution. Overall cost was reasonable. My only concern is that it is not easy to talk to a human being during the booking process. Have to go through an IVR then a AI bot. Company could make the engagement process easier and less complicated.
