He did a fine job of inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating them, and he also gave us a lot of good information about both the condition of another much older one we have on our property and what our options could be in dealing with it if it eventually fails. Samyson was an absolute superstar - after being without hot water for a few days, he swooped in to save the day (and wouldn't quit when faced with a bit of rust/bolts that refused to budge!) Then they sent me photos of the electricians with verified background checks that would be servicing my exhaust fan issue. Mike Dowd and Nick Chappelle were FANTASTIC and resolved my electrical issue and set me up with a new Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan which is much quieter and brighter. Mike and Nick were timely, professional, friendly and very helpful in resolving my problem and answering my questions. Great experience with Landry - thank you!
