Rosalie came to inspect my gas boiler which had been been underperforming lately. She did some maintenance which improved the performance right away and she made some recommendations for important parts that would extend the life of the boiler. Our water heater sprung a leak on sunday, I called Landry on Monday morning after a few other phone calls that said it would be weeks before someone could come out. Landry was able to send someone out later that day and completed the replacement and upgrade the following day. They gave me 3 options for the replacement and the cost of all work included in price.
