Rosalie came to inspect my gas boiler which had been been underperforming lately. She did some maintenance which improved the performance right away and she made some recommendations for important parts that would extend the life of the boiler. She was very courteous and thorough and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our water heater sprung a leak on sunday, I called Landry on Monday morning after a few other phone calls that said it would be weeks before someone could come out. Landry was able to send someone out later that day and completed the replacement and upgrade the following day. They gave me 3 options for the replacement and the cost of all work included in price.

Very friendly, very informative - a good experience. Expensive but the technician adjusted radiators that had never been addressed by other services - this has noticeably improved the heating of my house. I will use their services again.

Randy came to our home today to flush our water-heater tank, and he made us feel completely at ease. We’re always a little nervous calling service companies because you never know who you’ll get—but Randy was exceptional. Randy was professional, patient, and took the time to explain and educate us through every step of the process. Randy made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident in the work being done.
