I was very grateful that the technician came out after 8:00 PM to troubleshoot. He provided a clear assessment of repairs that were needed in a house more than 60 years old. I appreciated the fact that he included prices for each item, too.

My first experience with the Laundry Mechanical inc Plumbing HVAC, and it was very helpful regarding my concerns and the feedback from the technician.

This is the second time we have used Landry Mechanical, specifically coming back to them due to our initial experience with them.. This 2nd job, a bathroom remodel requiring some electrical updates for new heated flooring, lighting and extractor fan changes etc was larger than our previous electrical issue (original dishwasher and garbage disposal wiring in a 20 year old house).. And once again we have to say we are beyond satisfied with the work, demenaour and overall flexability of the team.. Our initial estimate was provided over a month ago.. We did say at the time we were doing a lot of the reno ourselves but plumbing and electrical we wanted done properly with permits so it was not going to be a tommorrow job for them.. So as mentioned about a month post estimate I reached out to them to ask if Mike could call me so I could ask a couple of questions. He was happy to talk with me and answered all my queries.. The Monday of the following week we received the thermostat for the heated flooring. I called their office and asked if they could schedule Mike to come do the work... 2 days later (today) he was here with Josh and again clarified everything they were going to do and by early afternoon they had completed everything, tidied up and were ready to head out... Overall great service and assiatance/attention to detail throughout.. Will def be using them again. Even joined their membership program :-).

Jorge Gonzales from Landry arrived on time today to check out the faucet in my shower. I was not getting enough hot water but all other faucets were fine. He quickly found that the rubber gasket on the cartridge had deteriorated, replaced it, and left my shower as clean as he found it. Jorge was courteous, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to have him come and do additional work for me. Landry is lucky to have him!

Outstanding Service!! Our company had a main drain clog, and it was important that we get the line open so we could use the building. Within 1 hr. they had a team over lead by Matt S. and he walked us through the entire process. We even got to look through the pipe camera to see the condition of the pipe after it was cleared. And no, it did not cost us an arm and a leg! Considering the quick service, not losing down time from work and the work they did, it was reasonable. What I like about Landry Mechanical: 1. They have dedicated staff to take your call or you can book online. They are VERY proactive about calling you back. 2. Both times I used them they booked me quickly. 3. They actually show up when they say they are going to and send you a photo of the person coming, which is nice for security reasons. 4. They do good work! My last technician was so personable as well! UPDATE: I'm now on my third visit from them. I have an old house with old plumbing. My review is the same - a very positive experience. They are responsive and fit you in!

Another great experience with Landry Mechanical. I use them for plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs, and they are always fast to respond and exceptionally professional. Today I had some plumbing done on an emergency basis based on a leaking toilet that was flowing from an upstairs bathroom down to the lower floor. Randy Kyle showed up on Sunday afternoon and quickly assessed the situation and within a few hours had a new toilet installed, a new shut off valve and left the entire bathroom area spotless and ready to go! My sister recommended Landry Mechanical to me for an HVAC issue involving my air conditioning. There was significant leakage due to condensation, etc.. She had used Landry mechanical for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work over the past couple of years. I called them and they were out the next morning. Matt Stagliola was fabulous. We still have a clogged drain, but Matt was so thoughtful and methodical in his approach. Very professional, personable, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was going to do. He gave us multiple options, but advised less invasive options before more expensive and aggressive fixes.

Landry completed a project where they converted my oil burner heat and hot water system to heat pump and electric water heat installation. In one week they had a team of people come in to remove oil tank and furnace, install the mini-splits, and the water heater. Extremely efficient and we did in winter time and I lost heat and hot water for maybe 4 hours. Everything was organized and completed on time and on schedule. Sammy was excellent and made sure all the line out were well covered and the mini-splits were placed in areas where they were less noticing. Landry worked with mass save to get me the rebates and the salesman Tim was very helpful answered a lot of questions. Prices were very competitive I had several quotes and the mini-splits were less expensive but Landry was the only one that could remove the tank , install heat pump and water heater. They exceeded my expectations and was very smooth transition. Repaired the hole where the boiler exhaust was and ensured any openings to the outside was sealed. They left a small area of drywall opening but that is typical of most plumbers. The opening was in the garage to access the plumbing and they covered with wood.

Their customer service is great that’s why I went with them. They’re a bit overpriced and they do not accept military / Law-enforcement discount. I also asked for $500 off because I seen a coupon online and they said it was only for water purification systems. I didn’t fight them on this and I paid a little more than 12,000 for a replacement HVAC system.

Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). All we wanted was a status update. We were not asking for an appointment time. We wanted to know if parts had been ordered and if so when they were expected in. I don't know if your answering service is actually staffed by Landry, but receive zero communication almost made us call Garabedian instead. Your actual technitains were great. Your communication was horrible.

Our water heater sprung a leak on sunday, I called Landry on Monday morning after a few other phone calls that said it would be weeks before someone could come out. Landry was able to send someone out later that day and completed the replacement and upgrade the following day. They gave me 3 options for the replacement and the cost of all work included in price.

Mike Dowd and his partner provided amazing service. With Landry Mechanical I have never had issues. I had previously requested them to fix an HVAC issue which they did precisely. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and they come right to your door and get it done. Great service and I think they have the best rates compared to others considering the speed and quality of work. I had issues with my microwave oven that wouldn’t let the breaker turn on. Mike and his partner came and fixed the issue and on top they found that our house didn’t have a surge protector which is very important. They installed it in less than an hour and i feel so relieved now. I am definitely gonna go with Landry Mechanical moving forward for all home related services. Thanks guys!

This was the first plumber that I felt really listened to me. They are fair with their pricing and were able to provide several options to us, no pressure to choose the most expensive one. They're great communicators, including the owner himself, who I didn't expect to speak to directly. Him being so hands on and friendly with customers is in my book a sign of a great leader, someone who remains humble despite their success. Next time I need a plumber, they'll be the first ones I call!

Eddy was very friendly and great. To bad my appointment was between 9a and 12p and I had to call to see what was going on at 3p. They arrived at 330p so I took the day off from work for them when they did not show.

Had a service done a week ago. I have a bad circuit board that needs to be replaced. Tech said they would follow up with an estimate. Today I called and they have no information but that the service was completed. Was also to receive a $25 discount for having them move my appointment because they were overwhelmed with emergency calls. I had them move my appointment to a week later. Did I get the $25 off? Nope, got the full charge. I might change this rating depending on what I find out today. Otherwise, not happy with the service do far. Updated rating: Issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Waiting on a scheduled date for the final repairs. The companies immediate response to my initial phone call this morning shows the professionalism of the team and that all customers are their priority.

Professional service! I had them install a new electrical connection tied to the circuit breaker in my fireplace for a pellet stove. They were in and out quickly and effectively.

In February, 2025, we used Landry Mechanical to repair a shower faucet issue that we were experiencing. Based on the great results we enjoyed from that first experience, we called Landry Mechanical again to help us with two(2) issues that occurred almost simultaneously -- we need our leaking hot water heater replaced and we had a plugged master bath toilet that we could not 'unplug'. Jorge Gonzalez and Ricky did a great job replacing our hot water heater, and Larry Bonin was super efficient helping us clear our clogged toilet. Landry Mechanical was extremely efficient and responsive. I was given multiple service options to best fit my needs, and Jorge and Larry discussed the pros and cons of each option to help us make the best decision to solve our problem(s). We have now used Landry Mechanical three(3) times in 10 months. Although we hope to never have any future plumbing challenges, if we do, we call call Landry again. Many thanks!

Had an appointment for an estimate for replacing oil tank plus estimate on heat pumps. Company sent picture of tech in advance and he was professional and courteous and promptly gave me both quotes. Unfortunately were quite a bit higher than another estimate.

Great professional service

The tech at Landry misdiagnosed my water less tank issue. He suggested either change all the venting and exhaust piping (increase diameter of the piping) or replace the sensor and burner. First scenario very expensive. Went with a different plumber and the problem was not enough propane getting to the system. Hooked up device to measure, not enough propane. My propane company replaced, and increased the size of the regulator at no cost, which solved the problem.

Our technician Rosie did a great job, tuningup our heating system. I would highly recommend her.

When I called, the man who answered made sure he understood my issue clearly and spent time listening to me before sending our information to the dispatcher. Despite a late in the day call, someone came that evening. The worker spent time thoroughly testing our system to make sure he diagnosed it correctly. He was able to repair it quickly so we could have heat for a cold night. Our unexpected lack of heat was quickly and professionally remedied.

The technicians, Larry and Hunter, were excellent. They took the time to understand the issue and offer suggestions. The work they did was excellent and efficient. They were very conscientious about cleanliness as well. We appreciated the service. $1,000+ for a kitchen faucet and drain installation (which we had already purchased) and replacement of the piping under the sink seemed a bit overpriced considering the work was completed in about 90 minutes.

Only one of 15 plumbers I called for emergency service that would come same day. Kudos for that and a good job done. I expected to pay up for emergency service, but the price was exorbitant, IMHO.

I had a scheduled annual check up of my furnace, which was installed around nine years ago. Corey was very nice. Let me know everything was fine. Gave me a couple of optional upgrades. If I was interested Landry get me informed as to when Cory would be showing up. I like the fact that they are certified employees. Great company.

This company is one of the top tier business that I have worked with thus far. When I say they held my hand they might as well be my mom. Typically I would be fluster and frazzled when dealing with anything HVAC but they made the process to smooth that is criminal. But overall every agent that I interacted with was not only knowledgeable but very empathetic. They did not make if feel like a sale for them but a solution to my problem.

I had a new gas range installed, new pipes for the gas line so I was able to move the range closer to the wall. It also brought it up to code. I also had rigid connection placed on my gas water heater with easy access shut off and they replumbed the gas dryer connection and installed easy shut off as well. The techs were courteous, thorough and arrived and finished when they said they would. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thanks, guys, for a job well done.

Had our oil and mini split winter checkup done by Joe V. today to make sure we're ready for the cold weather. He did really thorough maintenance across all equipment and didn't have a problem answering any questions I had. We trust Landry for our heating and cooling more as time goes by, for both quality and cost for HVAC reliability! Now we just need a reasonably priced electrician to help us bring our homes electrical system up to speed. I am adding my previous one star regarding electrical work below, because I was unable to do this review without removing it... You may want to remove the statement on electrical request for quote page that says, "***The more information you provide, the more accurate of an estimate we can provide.***" And after looking at the excuses for exorbitant estimates, I cannot see Landry doing this kind of work. I provided information on every aspect of the job and had to follow up several times to get a response. I wound up having to call about five times, about two weeks and greater after the visit. - A first estimate was between $3,500 to $7,000. - When I asked for a writeup as to what this would entail, I then received an estimate for almost $20,000 to "replace all outlets and switches" and to reconnect wiring to our generator and solar. - When I asked how the estimate tripled, I was told, "I had to go through six pages of documents you sent me". I then asked what the man hours would be (40, 80, three weeks?) and whether Landry was charging $100/hr for this, which would still be half the amount estimated. - I never got another response, and I assume I never would, unless I initiated the calls. Even then, I would have to wait for the technician to give me excuses as to why it is taking so long. COVID price gouging has nothing on this company's, "We don't want to take this job, so to make sure you don't come back, we're going to charge an outrageous contract price". We had a great experience with furnace maintenance, but will not use Landry for any work on our electrical.

Our experience with Landry Mechanical for our heat pump installation was nothing short of stellar. Our sales rep, Zane, was extremely knowledgable and provided a great proposal. They also made it easy to work through the Mass Save loan program. Our installation led by Patrick was also exceptional. Employees were friendly and the work was performed efficiently while also doing a quality job. Our entire home was up and running in 3 days from start to finish. The communication with the office was also punctual and clear.
