Efficient and professional service done in a timely manner. Mike and Anthoney were knowledgeable and efficient. They listened to my questions and explained things in terms I could understand. We were very pleased by their attention to detail and they went above and beyond expectations in fixing several small issues before things got to be larger issues.

My underground service failed and the utility had turned my service off. I called Landry and they came out within a few hours to assess. Explained the situation to me and what was needed for me to switch from underground to overhead in a way I could understand. Next day they were back with a crew of 3 and worked all day trying to at least get a generator going for me. In the end I had to buy a new generator and they helped me pick out and locate a generator. Next day they came back and installed and instructed me on how to safely use it. Then they came back again when the utility needed the mast head raise. Sam and crew are the best! They helped me time and again in a very stressful situation in the which I had no real idea how to navigate. They truly cared about me and my 91 year old father and did everything they could to ensure we had electricity. Will use again and tell everyone I know how great my experience has been

I found a large wet spot on my wall and thought it was either do to snow melt or a pipe breaking. Landry came out, opened the wall, and found the pinhole leak in a pipe. They fixed it easily. I will go with them again for any other plumbing issue.

I'm a long distance land lord, based in Dallas with just one condo in Massachusetts. My tenants sink was leaking and the base of the master bedroom toilet cracked. The repair team were amazing. They were quick to reply back to us, very thorough, explained exactly what went wrong and how it can be fixed. Even after finding an additional issue that required another member of their to team come, they provided the proper information between each other to make sure they could get replacement parts needed, so no time was wasted. Matt and assistant were very friendly and easy going and let me know right away what the price was and got started on the job right away. They quickly fixed my sump pump leak which was what I wanted and afterwards showed me what was done and assured me that the sump pump was turned back on after they had to temporarily shut it down and let me know it already had 3 sump pump cycles and Matt told me about some other recent sump pump stories which I found interesting - all in all I wouldn't call any other company to fix my plumbing as Landry is my plumber in Worcester as they came last Fall right after I first moved into my new house and rescued and saved me when I went to do my first load of laundry and I turned on the clothes washer and water was spraying out all over the basement floor as the connection was just hand-tightened and I was so tired of everything being so new and I was so clueless and the Landry guy was so understanding and comforting that I immediately added their phone number into my smart cell phone and said well that's my forever plumber in Worcester ! And they still are ! I wouldn't trust anyone else only Landry is who I would call - they are the BEST !

We had a great experience with Landry Mechanical. Unfortunately we had on going issues with our 1.5 year old furnace that was installed by another company. Once we hired Landry they took the problems we were having on as their own. Colin and Joe were absolute gentleman. They took their time to explain stuff to me and did great work. The pricing was reasonable considering it was the middle of February and they worked with me where they could. I’d highly recommend them.

Landry Mechanical electricians Michael and Josh were very accommodating for us in the replacement of over 10 fixtures containing fussy crystals in some. they did a great job, they were prompt, clean, and very respectful of the building. Our mini split compressor died in the middle of the coldest streak this winter and they got it fixed within two weeks, which included getting approved for financing the work. 2026 Update: Today I had an awesome plumber from Landry. Randy came out to a home we bought ten days ago. We had nothing working in the bathroom and an ancient something or other in the basement. He said 3 hours to fix the 3 things. He did it in two hours, all while answering my unending questions about my new home. 2025 update: Had Aaron out to fix out heater, he was great, he set out three options like Landry always does and gave good advice dor our situation. When he changed a part he found that the old one was working good enough for an emergency and left it labeled with a date on it. He was so organized and knowledgeable. 2022:These guys fixed so much stuff I didn't know existed and brought everything up to code. They put in a new water heater that I never have to worry about and some water pressure control thingamajig and fixed the insane vent thingy the former owner of my apt made out of chimney parts.

Mike Dowd, an electrician from Landry Electrical, recently installed a baseboard heater in our new bathroom. This involved running wire from our panel to the bathroom and installing a separate thermostat. He was clean, orderly, on time and very professional. He explained beforehand what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Thanks Mike.

Kudos to the parts department for being able to find the part locally for my repair, Aaron was able to come back an hour later and complete the repair.

Aaron (and Landry) provided wonderful service as always! Aaron took the time to review the issue and determine the potential issues and solutions. He explained everything in detail and took care of the ordering, any warranty questions we had, and returned once the part was available to quickly replace the part and ensure everything was functioning as expected.

Great service, very professional. I called late on a Friday afternoon when my 95 year old dad's boiler failed when temperatures were well below freezing. When I told them he had no heat, they quickly dispatched a technician.

Called Landry at 11pm because we had no hot water. Automated system worked pretty well, but not perfect. Received a call at 7:30am to confirm issue and to schedule a technician. Received multiple texts keeping me updated, including when the tech was en route AND a picture of the tech. Tech arrived by 10am, diagnosed the problem, and provided multiple options. Part was readily available at a local warehouse. Tech returned with new part and had the hot water running within a half an hour. Everything completed by noon. Found our new go to company! Thank you Colin for the upfront, honest, quick service!

Mike did not perform any service. He came and provided a quote for a whole house generator. He was very thorough in his explanation, reasoning and needs for the installation. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain concerns that arose. My only issue was with Landry and not Mike. I am interested in having a whole house generator installed, which, for me, means include all of the elements. However I would have to contact a propane company to have then provide the cost estimate for the tanks and connections as well as coordinating the time frame to coincide with the generator installation. My intent was hopefully to engage a company that would be responsible for the total installation. .

We had the Landry Palmer’s out to install an under sink instant hot water dispenser. It was reasonably priced and Mike did a great job, but unfortunately it didn’t work. So the very next day the plumbers were on the case again and after Spending considerable time and effort, it still didn’t work. So we called up the company that we got it from they promptly sent us a new one and Landry came to the rescue again. Thank you for your professional, Respectful and reliable service.

Furnace cleaning great professional service

After a power outage my geothermal unit would not cycle back to operational. Called Landry as they did some previous work for me. Even late in the evening my tech Louis Recine arrived and within an hour got our heat back to operational. Louis was very informative and friendly and made recommendations on how to improve the system. Louis and Landry came through again and I would recommend 10/10 times.

We had to have major pipe repair/replacement done in the basement. Our technician Matt was very knowledgeable and very clear with our alternatives. They completed the work efficiently and timely. Would highly recommend them!

Furnace wasn't setup properly when first installed. Ended up costing me thousands more over a couple years in electrical vs propane heating fuel. Fortunately Samy listened to my issue thoroughly and was able to find the issue. He also provided a backup setting in case the issue persisted. He was friendly and professional. Landry also waived the service fee, although they did come last year within the warranty for the same issue and didn't fix it then, so this is understandable.

I cannot recommend Landry Mechanical enough. We happened to have issues with our heater the week before our newborn baby was due. We had the entire HVAC replaced to a heat pump which happened to overlap with the week we brought our newborn home. The project took 5 days and every single person who came into our home was kind, courteous, respectful and cognizant of our new baby. Josh, the project leader was amazing. Highly communicative, super nice, and respectful. There was alot of work going on but the team made it into the best possible situation it could have been. We are extremely grateful. The heat has been working great!

Exceptional service for our steam heat - our technician was highly knowledgeable and we have even, well-balanced heat for the first time in many years.

I needed a repeat for a light fixture install that went bad and took out power to my garage. Mike and Josh showed up first thing in the morning and immediately spotted the issue and restored power, installed the light fixtures and also replaced a transformer for a video doorbell. All the work was clearly explained and done quickly and cleanly. So, I was very pleased with the experience and the electricians and will be calling Landry again next time I need some work done!

They recently replaced our dampers and even coordinated an electrical check in the same time window, which was very convenient. Communication was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our 50 gallon electric water heater failed on Sunday, four days before Christmas. Plumber Paul Mullen came quickly and determined the tank had failed. He went to the shop and returned with Alex and the two worked efficiently to install a replacement. They were courteous and a pleasure to have.

I was very grateful that the technician came out after 8:00 PM to troubleshoot. He provided a clear assessment of repairs that were needed in a house more than 60 years old. I appreciated the fact that he included prices for each item, too.

My first experience with the Laundry Mechanical inc Plumbing HVAC, and it was very helpful regarding my concerns and the feedback from the technician.

This is the second time we have used Landry Mechanical, specifically coming back to them due to our initial experience with them.. This 2nd job, a bathroom remodel requiring some electrical updates for new heated flooring, lighting and extractor fan changes etc was larger than our previous electrical issue (original dishwasher and garbage disposal wiring in a 20 year old house).. And once again we have to say we are beyond satisfied with the work, demenaour and overall flexability of the team.. Our initial estimate was provided over a month ago.. We did say at the time we were doing a lot of the reno ourselves but plumbing and electrical we wanted done properly with permits so it was not going to be a tommorrow job for them.. So as mentioned about a month post estimate I reached out to them to ask if Mike could call me so I could ask a couple of questions. He was happy to talk with me and answered all my queries.. The Monday of the following week we received the thermostat for the heated flooring. I called their office and asked if they could schedule Mike to come do the work... 2 days later (today) he was here with Josh and again clarified everything they were going to do and by early afternoon they had completed everything, tidied up and were ready to head out... Overall great service and assiatance/attention to detail throughout.. Will def be using them again. Even joined their membership program :-).
