I had a fantastic experience with Sam and Nick from Landry Mechanical Inc Plumbing HVAC & Electrical. Both were highly professional electricians who went above and beyond.

They took the time to clearly explain the safety benefits of arc fault breakers, which was incredibly helpful. Their expertise was proven almost immediately when one of the new breakers tripped, signaling a real issue in my home's wiring. Sam and Nick quickly troubleshot the problem, identified some poor workmanship from a previous contractor, and fixed it on the spot. Once repaired, the breaker worked perfectly.

They also moved an outlet over to another wall for me and did a beautiful, seamless job. I highly recommend Landry Mechanical, and specifically Sam and Nick, for any electrical needs in the Worcester area!

I had an odd job to fix a bathroom fan installation that was not venting properly to the available outside ducting when the bathroom fan was changed as part of a bath remodel. It had been vented to the outside several years ago as part of a Mass Save house insulation upgrade project. Through the Angie website, they recommended Landry Mechanical and they took the job, communicated well, scheduled a visit within two days, and fixed the problem! Mike pulled out the fan and connected it correctly to the ducting. I mentioned about checking if it's now really venting to the outside like it should. He offered to take a look at where it vents outside to see if the louvers were open when the fan is running and they barely were. Wondering if the ducting was even connected correctly, Mike then went into the attic to take a look at the ducting, which was underneath cellulose insulation we had blown in as part of a Mass Save insulation job a few years ago. He said there were bends in the ducting that would cause resistance free to air flow, so not ideal. He didn't have the proper tools for doing rigid ducting work (as his specialty is electrical), but said he'd check with the HVAC part of the company to see if there's anything they could do, so waiting on that, but I was happy just to get someone in who's willing to do that kind of job when it doesn't fit neatly into the company's specific areas of expertise and the price was quite reasonable and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was satisfied! I am considering changing to using them for their AC/Heat/Plumbing/Electrical annual service program when my exiting contract with another company expires.

i had an excellent experience with Landry Plumbing ! the 3 gentleman Randy, Alex and Nick G were went over everything with us and answered all of our questions and were very helpful and respectful and cleaned up everything after they were done ! we would use them again if we ever have a problem again !

Our repairs went very well. Technician was very nice and professional . Did a very good job was very accurate with diagnoses. Parts were replaced. Everything went well. System is up and running no problems.

Fantastic experience. Propane furnace install be another company a couple years ago. Went thru 3 igniters in the last year and was serviced by techs that were obviously not trained on this unit. Contacted Landry and a tech named Louis showed up. Went right at the unit, located the actual problem that was issue and solved it within a day, including getting a new heat exchanger from Hartford. No issues since and the whole house now has more hot water than ever due to the crud in the old unit. VERY HAPPY with Landry. Cudos to Louis !!

Very professional, honest, and quick. We replaced our 26 year old AC unit with a Heat Pump and new condenser. Landry was very professional but their quote was a little higher than some others that I had. But when I drilled into everything that Landry was including, that the other companies were not the price was spot-on. I just felt more comfortable doing business with Landry. The installers were very knowledgeable and I loved that the office sends you an email with the installers photo and names in advance. This is more than just a "nice" email, it's peace of mind knowing who is coming into your home. From the day I had my initial quote from Ed to when installers Garret, Kyle, and Dimitri completed the job was a span of 9 days. And Ed was very helpful in helping do the MassSave Heat loan. Needed a control board replaced on a hybrid water heater. Landry worked with manufacture and got the part delivered and installed the next day.
