Technician arrived right on time. He (Anthony) was friendly, courteous and very professional. Anthony listens carefully to the issues and then provided a reasonable and practical solution. Overall cost was reasonable. My only concern is that it is not easy to talk to a human being during the booking process. Have to go through an IVR then a AI bot. Company could make the engagement process easier and less complicated.

Landry Mechanical recently helped me with a rather stressful issue concerning my main water feed line to my house from the well pump that developed a substantial leak. Techs Nick Gosselin and the other man who I only knew as Ricky, worked tirelessly to get the leak located and eventually repaired. Then a complete water pressure check was performed inside. Nick's go to "dig guy", Mark, from Micheal's Landscaping in Shrewsbury, was also very instrumental in the repair with his expert excavation skills. All in all, a very positive outcome to a not so pleasant situation

I've been a customer for many years. Every Tech I've had how has been great, they are all polite and ready to service the system I have nothing bad to say about any of their techs. Today I had Tory come out and she did her job well nice little conversation while she's working. Just like I've had conversations with all the previous techs.
