Drew/Andrew came to our home to do the regular check-up of our mini-splits. We found him to be very knowledgeable about such systems. He did a fine job of inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating them, and he also gave us a lot of good information about both the condition of another much older one we have on our property and what our options could be in dealing with it if it eventually fails. And he came to our house a second day, to complete a good inspection of that mini-split. In addition to being very knowledgeable, we found Drew to be very considerate and easy to talk with.
